Has anybody been able to get this to work? I have this in my 2022, 382FLRB. I can get it to activate but it does not carry out any of the commands.

I don't have this in my new Eagle but I'm interested because I'm spoiled with voice commands at home.

Are you saying 'Jayco' or do you need to say 'Hey Jayco' or 'Okay Jayco'?
I've found an article that shows only 'Jayco' is required but I think I've read otherwise.
Have you raised the volume so you can hear it's reply?
Is there a 'training mode' to teach it how your voice sounds?

I installed google 'Assistant' in my new camper's wall tablet. I then raised the volume so I could hear it and now I can speak to my camper. Only when I raised the volume did I know it was listening. The wall tablet is a google tablet so gaining access to the controls is a swipe down, or use of the 'Settings' app.

I can ask it about the weather and set reminders and such. I can also turn lights on/off at my home... although there's little value since when we're camping we'd not need them on at our house.

Unfortunately, turning lights on/off in the camper is only possible if I use ac outlet lamps.

Before anything like this works, you must connect your tablet to the internet and that requires using 'Settings' app. Does JayVoice use the JayCommand app? If so, you may need to visit the Google Playstore and update it... along with any other apps installed.

We have a 2022 North Point and it has the Jay Voice command in it. Ours works. You can say Hey Jayco or Jayco to get it to listen. Try saying “Hey Jayco” then pause 1 second and say “All Lights On”.

I have an informational sheet Jayco emailed me when i called them asking about it. We found we had it by accident. The dealer never told us anything about it. I will see if i can find the sheet and attach it tomorrow. It has some commands you can say on it.

I used the commands as you mentioned and from the PDF but it still doesn’t work. When I say ‘Jayco’, it beeps and the green light goes on. When I give it a command, it beeps again and a light circles around the JayVoice unit but nothing happens.

Very confusing. Seems so simple to use.

Is the light circle blue or orange? Blue means it understood and processed the command. Orange means it didn't understand.

I wonder if it will require a software update to enable? Mine is a 2020, but I did a title investigating and it seems possible to add this on to any BMPro equipped rv. It utilizes the RV-c data bus so adding it in should be almost plug and play.

Anyway, it is possible that the hardware is installed but an update to the controller and node needed to enable, because I haven’t seen anyone successfully activate this yet.

We are having the same issue with our 2022 32RLTS we just picked up Friday. It hears the commands and lights up correctly showing it understands the command but doesn't actually do anything. So not sure if it isn't hooked up to the BMpro system or was never properly setup to work with the BMpro from the factory.

Does your wall tablet need it's wifi connected to the internet? Is there a bluetooth connection needed on it? Please post here what was needed to make it work.

I got the coach connected to my home WiFi and still nothing. Hears the wake word, acknowledges the command but nothing happens.

Is there a button on the ceiling device? If not, does the lid come off to show a button within? I'm wondering if that button enables blue-tooth pairing and you might need to pair it with your wall panel and/or phone... no button, I'm outta ideas.
