joist damage - 2020 Jayco Pinnacle 36ssws

Dealer states there are four bad joists in the bedroom. The problem we pointed out was an indentation in the floor where the bed rolls. We have not had a collision. The theory from the dealer is that we turned the 5th wheel wrong. We are waiting to hear if the factory will even approve them bringing it to the factory to look into it. The cap needs to come apart? This sounds major.

Another Jayco 5th wheel eagle is into this dealer for the same problem. Ironic?
Any ideas? Where do we get an engineer to help us identify the problem, the fix, and who pays for it. The Dealer has noone who can even look at it let alone fix it.

What do they even mean by "Turned Wrong"?

We have an indentation in the BR floor (we have the same rig), and it is from the roller under the bed. This is due to a problem with the slide not supporting the weight properly. See this thread...
