Question Just Bought a 2007 Designer 5th wheel

I just bought a 2007 Jayco Designer 5th wheel. it is a 31RLT with a Generator. Does anyone know what the pin weight is? I have a F250 Super Duty with 6.0 L Diesel.

The truck is a Ford F250 Lariat Super Duty CC with the 6.0 turbo diesel and the rear springs have what looks like air bags between the axle and frame but can see no air lines. Maybe (Timbrens) I will look closer tomorrow. The truck was used for Towing and had the rails already in the bed for 5th wheel towing. It also has Bilstein shocks.

I am going to weigh the truck maybe today without the fiver. According to the Ford Spec's and the tag on the door jamb, the GVWR is 9800 Lbs But in the manual it says that the 6.0L with 3.73:1 or 4.10:1 axle ratio can pull 23,500 Lbs Max GCWR. I really won't know were I am at until I weigh everything on a truck scale. Anyone in the forum pulling a Designer 31RLTS with a F250 Super Duty or GM 2500HD?
Tia

I pull an 04 designer 31 rls with an 02 2500hd. Gvw is 9500. I put air bags on because hitch weight was over 2400lbs loaded. It squatted the rear a bit, thats why i got the bags. My truck has the 8.1 allison and is rated at 12k towing. My 5ver weighs about 12.5k loaded. Handles the weight great. You will be more fine with f250 ps. Air bags may be needed is all.
