Talking Just ordered!! 29.5BHDS

Well, I just ordered an upgrade to my 2017 Jay Flight SLX 264BHW.
Bought the 264BHW as a show special to see if we really liked camping as we didn't want to spend a lot of money at first.

Used it for 2 years and loved it! We learned exactly what we wanted in the process and the 29.5BHDS fits that bill very closely.

The wife loves the new Modern Farmhouse color and I love the extra outdoor storage and outdoor kitchen compared to what we had. Ordered a few options like fireplace, auto-level, 2nd AC, MORryde pin box, etc. so it is well equipped.

The ONLY things we could want on top of this model is more counter space and more storage in the kitchen area. Other than that, it's perfect for our family.

Now, what do you do to pass the time until it's delivered?!?!!

The countertop space and kitchen storage are the same two complaints DW has. We us the cabinets above the TV as a pantry and we use the cabinets above the couch for pots and Tupperware. Under the dinette makes good storage for pans and tins on one side and swim stuff for the kids on the other.

We really like ours. I’m sure we’ll hear more in 6 to 8 weeks when you pick it up!

Congrats BassOverflow, I would say under the sink since I don't have one I'm not sure.

No room under the sink. Just drawers instead of cabinets.

We have a freestanding can with one of those step to pop up lids sitting against the wall between the dinette and door. Works ok. Plenty of room to walk by.

Lol, yep I know what you mean it is like when I was a kid at Christmas time and my mother use to tell me to go to bed that in the morning you going to get some toys, man the excitement I had and trying to go to bed and sleep was impossible, so yeah I know that you can't wait.

congrats on your 29.5. we are looking at the 30.5mb. we purchased a new keystone hideout rear bunk in 2017 and quickly found out that we wanted the rear living space. we also found out that depreciation on campers is terrible and trade in value is even worst. the difference between a new 2019 30.5 and a leftover 2018 30.5 is almost 10 grand. it makes me sick.

For the trash can I removed the shelf inside the cabinet just to the left of the entrance door. Works nice having the trash can out of the way.
