I have a jayco 281 eagle 5w and my outside lights stay on all the time and I can't find out how to turn them off and its not hooked to a truck its just plugged up to my house on a 30 amp braked I can't get them off

Which outside lights? Porch light? Running lights? Marker lights? Do they turn off when you unplug from shore power?

If you turned on your awning lights with the remote control, you will have to turn them off with the remote control before the toggle switch will work -at least that's what I found with my 2017 Eagle.
