Key pad issue

Has anyone had any problems with their keyless keypad??

I did. Contacted Bauer and they immediately sent a new one. Received the new one two days late. No problems since.

mwebber78 how do you like your new unit over your last one. We love ours. We had a few things fixed but nothing like last unit.

Update on my earlier comment--The luck would not work last week when it was 12 below zero, but then neither did I. :-)

Love it overall Cruzin, not a big fan of RVDirect and their customer service but overall after 100+ days in the first season the unit held up well. How about you..?
