Landing Gear Legs Crooked?
I posed this in my build thread, but wanted to hit a broader audience also... I noticed that my landing gear legs are canted inwards. I'm inclined to straighten them so they're plumb/straight up and down, unless there's a reason for the cant that i'm not aware of. What say you?

Have you measured them? never seen that but I would think it would be more than a simple problem Can you see the part above that holds them in place?

My buddy has a 29.5 and his landing gear is straight. However, I could never figure out why they didnt put a wider spread on them. My landing gear on my Northpoint is within a few inches of the exterior walls. The wider the stance the more stable it is. I've also seem hydraulic landing gear that were canted outward.
Like norty said, I'd take a measurement. It could be an optical illusion, but I also think there may be another (frame or mounting) issue there.

I have measured and they’re within 1/8” of each other in terms of height, but they both have their feet kicked inward. It looked like it could be deliberate that’s why I wanted to see what you all think. There is plenty of adjustment in the mounting brackets, so I am planning on straightening them up when I service them.

When you say they’re canted inwards, have you put a level on them and checked if they’re actually canted?

Oh yeah, they’re definitely not plumb.

Is the frame member(s) they are welded to level and straight? Could it be the frame member is bowed or bent and not true? If so, then the problem could be poor MFG. aka Jayco screwed up. Or maybe a really bad welding job.

Actually, Lippert makes the frames, and if you have Axle Technologies axles, those are Lippert too.
I would make the adjustment to make them both plumb/straight and if anything maybe hug the line more toward being canted outward.

Looking at the mounting brackets, there is tons of adjustability. I will straighten them out when I block the rig to lube/service the legs.

I looked at mine just now and they are bolted to the frame with carriage bolts and a bracket. They looked like they were the same vertical as the frame member.
Maybe put a level on the bracket they are bolted to?
