Lci 3.0

I realized today when hooking up that I have to hold the retract button in to get the jacks up. If I stop holding button in, jacks stop.

I remember someone (think it was klassic) saying they don't have to hold button in.

What a I doing incorrectly??

Thanks
Jack

Press the Down Arrow button until it says "Auto RET All" then press Enter.

Is that also the way to get front jacks back to unhook height?

Nope. When you have gone through the "Auto Level" process and then want to bring the 5er back to the hook up position, which is where the jacks were when you auto leveled you push both the "Right" and "Left" buttons at the same time. This will retract the rear and then set the front to the hook up position.

You push right and left together to do that, but only after doing auto retract rear.

It will work both ways. In the operators manual it says to do the "Auto Retract Rear" but in the troubleshooting manual it does not. It says to just push the right and left at the same time. This is what I have been doing. It works and then you don't have to stand there and wait for the rear.

This is from the Troubleshooting Manual:
Hitch Recognition
1. Turn on touch pad.
2. Press the left and right buttons simultaneously (Fig. 8A and 8B).
3. All leveling jacks will retract first, then the landing gear will extend to
raise the unit to the height where the auto level sequence was started.
