Leaking air intake when it rains

Hi,
Our 2019 Eagle fifth wheel is leaking through the air intake vent ducts when the AC is running in the rain. Has anyone had experience with this? I have read some posts on a Forest River site that had some holes in the drip pans that needed to be filled. It's raining today in FL and we've probably caught at least a half gallon.
We shut off the AC and all of a sudden a rush of water ran out of the intake
Thanks in advance

Sounds like drain holes are clogged. Only way to check is by removing roof shroud.

We have a 2018 30.5 MBOK, ours did the same thing. Dealer told us that the AC unit was not installed in the correct position and drain was clogged with sawdust.

As a retired AC tech, this was my 1st thought also but I'm no authority on RV units.
