Leaving 5th wheel sit to long?

Hey guys so I bought my fifth wheel 1 year ago and planned to keep it solitary for 1 year untill I could get it moved to a campground. Long story short I traded my new car for a cheaper car and got the fifth wheel. What I didn’t know was they added on the car loan to fifth wheel loan and I own the car. I can’t sell my car because it’s a necessity and now with COVID and hard times I can’t move my trailer anywhere really. I can’t sell it because the loan on it is double what I paid because of the car. Anyways. It’s been sitting on its jacks for 10 months and I know I’ll be keeping it at least another year or 2. It moves when we walk and I can’t seem to find a tripod for it.

Should I take it off the jacks to protect it or is they’re any hillbilly kind of thing I can do to protect the camper or is it ok staying on the jacks and never moving and also slide outs have never moved in the 10 months. Thx sorry for the long story and help is appreciated. 😊

Any reason you cannot refinance each of them with separate loans? Perhaps through a credit union? Then sell the trailer if you really need to?

Because I had a co signer and she can’t tell her husband she signed. Messed up but that’s the situation. Thank for the advice though.

It isn't going to hurt having it set on the jacks or to leave the slides in. I would recommend covering the tire to prevent UV damage to the rubber and make sure you check the sealant at all the potential water leak areas at regular intervals.
