For just the bulbs, amazon is a good choice and cheaper than CW. Fixtures, can't help.

Contact Jayco directly they can tell you part number and manufacture so you can order on the internet.

Depending on how old your unit is, Jayco will replace them as needed under warranty. We had this same issue in our 2015 Greyhawk, and they admitted receiving a 'bad batch' of these units from their supplier in Asia. The LED array within each light was dying a slow death until only 2-3 diodes were on.

I think there is a recall on these exact lights. Check with Jayco. My question is how do you get the dome off or down???

Call them with your vin # and they should be able to tell you if your unit has a recall. You can also do a search on "led light recalls" and all kinds of stuff pops up. Look for the one like yours.

Puck led lamps strobing and overheating

Contacted our dealer since our 2017 whitehawk was on the recall list. Dealer told us that our unit was not part of the recall but offered to sell us new lamps for $15.00 each. Unit has 19 lamps.

Contacted Command Electronics since they were the lamp manufactuer. They requested pictures of lamps and within a week shipped 19 new units.
Fantastic customer service.
They can be reached at 269-679-4011

We also had our power supply replaced for free when Jayco wouldn't stand behind their product.
