Lights dim

We have a new 2019 321RSTS Modern Farmhouse.
Spent one night in it.
When the furnace clicks on, the lights flicker. Even when the lights are off.
Should we be concerned?
Dealership told us it could be the power source at the campground, although there were very few rigs in the large campground that we were in.

Lights and furnace are 12v so they basically run off the battery. Your converter supplies 12 to charge the battery and power these items when plugged into shore power. It would not be uncommon for the light to flicker for a split second when another substantial load starts. If it is more than a flicker then you have a problem on your 12v side .

His lights should never flicker if they are off!! I would say there is definitely a problem.

Check all your ground connections, be sure they are all tight

Lights only flicker when they are on . If they're off then it's a flash. So what I said was if it is more than a flicker there is a problem . If you have a flash from a light when another load starts then you more than likely have a loose ground on a 12v system. It definitely has nothing to do with the campground power .

Appreciate everyone's feedback
will definitely have the dealership check things out
would you expect any chance of fire from The Flash with the lights off.. or on, for that matter?

I had same issue in my 2018 MBOK. Dealer installed a new switch and filter to fix the issue. Jayco knows about it.
