Lights Flicker or flash when furnace ignites
This one was solved by replacing the dimmer switches with dimmer switches with noise cancellation. Factory part 0333738 is what is listed on the invoice.
The main lights would flicker or flash when turned off every time the furnace sparked. It was so fast that it was hardly noticeable, like deja vu It had to be totally dark to even notice it.
Once the dimmer switches were swapped out, it is no longer happening.
Hope this helps someone else.

Below is Jayco customer support response to my inquiry reference this issue:
The part number is #0298506. The dealership should be able to locate this through the dealer portal. Thank you!

Just took my back to the dealer yesterday for that and a few other warranty things. It will be interesting to see if they figure it out.

While my lights no longer flicker, there is another symptom that I believe is directly related to the furnace lighting.
When I changed to a digital thermostat, the voltage drops when the furnace lights. That resets the thermostat to the default 72 degrees. Right now, I believe the furnace is poorly wired causing a significant voltage drop when it ignites.

It appears that Jayco does not have a fix, according to my Jayco dealer tech. I provided the part number I received from customer support, 0333738, and according to the tech there is no such part.
Back to square one.

Hey Madmax, from where did you order the switch? I have not been able to find the part number you posted.
Thanks

I would talk to the manager. They definitely do have a fix. Just because the idiot behind the counter cannot figure it out, doesn't mean it can't be done. Mine was.

What's the condition of your battery? Have you checked your ground connections? The blower will pull some voltage, but if you have a bad battery that's not holding voltage or a bad ground, that can also cause this temp low voltage issue.

I wouldn't go by age only, have you had them load tested to see how they last under load? And if they test OK, did you check for corroded or bad ground connections? That's a popular problem.

Not by a meter, but I test them regularly while camping if you will. The camper reacted the same with the original group 24s.

I spoke with a Jayco Tech today at which he also spoke the dealer rep. to see where they where with this issue. Because they gave them the parts in Feb. for repair but no fix yet. He said he would call me back tomorrow as soon as he receives the email from Dealer. They took pictures and emailed to Jayco.

My dealer ordered Factory part 0333738, the switch is in but I need to take the old one out and they will swap it for the new one. Just have not had time to get the old one out yet, I will re-post as soon as I get the new one in and tested.

Real resolution
I wanted to let people know that my tech solved this issue that has been going on for almost 2 years.
He found what is probably the root cause of both issues, while he was troubleshooting why multiple digital thermostats were resetting to factory default temperature. Only the analog thermostat would work. Any digital thermostat (we tried 4) battery powered or not, would reset to factory default occasionally when the furnace lit. The Coleman Mack thermostat would reset to 72 degrees regularly. Turns out that both that issue and the flickering lights are likely caused by a poor wiring choice.
Jayco wired the furnace and thermostat ground to the main lighting, in the trailer. The tech ran a new power and ground for the thermostat and viola, no more reset. He believes the previously installed new dimmer just masked the wiring problem.
The new wiring solved both issues. He then reinstalled the Coleman Mack, and it worked perfectly, on our last week-long trip.

Hmmm, since it worked all week, did you ever turn off your main 12 switch at that time? I wonder once you power down the rig, what will the thermostat reset to?
My digital Coleman Mach resets to some pre-set default setting, once I kill the 12 volt to the rig. It doesn't remember the manual setting I placed it on. If I leave the 12 volt turned on, it remembers the new setting.
