Lipert Control 3.0 question

I have the L.C. 3.0 jacks.

My rear jacks seem to have about another 1" or maybe 2" where they can retract, but won't. I pointed that out at the dealer and then tech pushed a couple of buttons on the panel to get them up all the way, but of course I didn't see what he did. I kind of thought that may be a one time thing..

Anyone know how to fully get the jacks retracted?

Thanks Gorpie, but this doesn't explain how to get the rear jacks all the way up. It stops 1-2" from the top and thinks it is all the way up.

I think you would have to go into manual mode then and raise them up that way. I would think there should be a way to recalibrate them so they come all the way back up each time.

Take a look at this. Maybe this is what you are looking for "Homing Jacks"
