Lippert Electric Stabilizers for Jayco 26.5 RKS 5th Wheel

I have a Jayco 2013 5th wheel trailer and while traveling this winter the rear stabilizers came down by themselves while I was traveling on a major highway at 60 miles per hour. I pulled over and called Good Sam and they sent someone to actually remove the stabilizers so I could continue my trip. The Lippert motor has been replaced after this incident, and recently we were out in the yard and saw that the stabilizers had dropped down again on their own. Just today we had the circuit breaker replaced.

This could have caused a very serious accident on the major highway. Luckily no one was hurt. However we have to solve this problem so it doesn't happen again. Has this ever happened to anyone else out there and what did you find was the problem?
