unless you are in blistering below zero freezing weather you dont need battery heaters... I've used battery blankets inside my insulated battery compartment in 17 degree weather and with my Lithiums and never had any problems. you can pick up a pair of insulated battery blankets from Ebay for about 40 bucks.

I prefer not to run it all night with others around me who may be trying to sleep.
