unless you are in blistering below zero freezing weather you dont need battery heaters... I've used battery blankets inside my insulated battery compartment in 17 degree weather and with my Lithiums and never had any problems. you can pick up a pair of insulated battery blankets from Ebay for about 40 bucks.
Every consider a true AGM battery? There would be no need to change out charge converter as per Progressive who manufactured mine in my 2016 Jayco 27.5 RLTS.
I just went up to one Group 27 led acid as it was less than $200.00. I only occasionally Boondock for one night. I put fridge on propane and make coffee on the stove the old fashion way. The truck recharges the battery when I travel. I also carry a suitcase type solar panel ($180.00 Amazon) for a longer stay if necessary.
