Looking at installing a Wet Bolt Kit on our suspension

Has anybody installed a Wet Bolt Kit on their Jayco 5th Wheels suspension?

I noticed when we pulled into our site here in Texas, there was a lot of creaking and noise coming from the springs and suspension, my guess is it is dry and starting to show some wear.

As much as we travel and move around, I am considering installing a Wet Bolt Kit on our Pinnacle's suspension.

Any comments or suggestions would sure be appreciated.

Robert

We had a wet bolt kit installed on our previous 5er as well as on our current Jayco Eagle- In both cases, we upgraded to the EZ FLEX suspension while we were at it- We are very satisfied with the results- JMHO- DD

We have 2011 31.5 FBHS and towed it over 8000 miles from Kodiak, AK across the US and finally here to Colorado. Needless to say by the time we reached our destination it was creaking and groaning like an old wooden ship. I enlisted the help of a good friend and installed dexter's heavy duty "wet bolt kit" kit no. K71-358-00. The install was easier than expected, we planned the whole day and it only took 3 hours. The plastic bushings had all but disintegrated and came out in pieces. Make sure you install the bolts with the holes parallel to the ground, as indicated in the directions. Otherwise you'll have hard time injecting grease. Rustic Eagle has a great write up. All in all, no more squeaks and groans and the set up is incredibly beefy compared to what came with it. I'm a happy camper.

I have one sitting on my garage floor that came last week. On my list for the next few weeks. I have the CRE 3000 so I went with U012-016. This is a huge upgrade IMHO just looking at the kits components. For $90.00 and some time I think it is a must do mod for our size units.

We have the same Mor/Ryde CRE 3000 suspension on our Pinnacle, was looking at the Mor/Ryde Wet Bolt Kit

Probably get it ordered and delivered to our nieces house at our next stop in Pensacola FL.

I installed the wet bolt kit and replaced the Equalizers with a Trailaire equalizer last year. It made a huge difference in how my trailer tows. Smooths out the bumps and things don't bounce around inside as much. I have a 322fks Trailer.
