Loose roof material

I just did a PDI check on my new 2019 Eagle fifth wheel today at the dealer. I noticed allot of areas that you can see puckers in the rubber roof (material is loose on the roof). The dealer told me that is common and the roofs are not fully glued down to the plywood.
He stated that it is made to expand and contract and the membrane is only held down around the edges and at areas of vents ect. It is 94 today when I looked at it. I thought the entire roof was coated with glue? I did see the same issues on other fifth wheels at the dealer.

I picked up a 2018 Octane late last year in Oct. Shortly after taking it home I was washing it and noticed a line of loose material across the roof behind the front A/C and down the passenger side roof line.

My dealer was great and agreed with me that it was not right. It was taken back to the factory two weeks ago and they put new sheeting and a new roof on. The new one is darn near perfect.

Do you have any pictures of yours?

Unless they made a recent change, they are not glued down at all. They are all seam to have at least one spot that seems baggie.

Unless it is really bad I would not worry not worry about it.

Mine was glued because they replaced the sheeting on the roof when replacing the rubber. I was told it was easier to do that than to get the residue off and it might pull part of the plywood up when removing the old rubber.
