Lost the gray tank

I took my 2022 Eagle HT 29.5 bhds on its first road trip. While going down the highway I had a car frantically pointing at my rig. I quickly pulled over and found that my gray tank had fallen off the camper and took a bunch of wiring with it. I zip tied all the wires and got to my destination. I rigged up some plumbing so I could shower but couldn't level the trailer. Not sure where quality control was on this unit. Now it is time to try and get it fixed.

Not good! Curiosity was the tank empty, full or some where in between when it fell out?

If it's my first trip I would like to enjoy the experience of a new TT, not what you had to deal with. It would have been easier for you if it fell off on the trip to the dealer, but better yet not at all.

... production and quality control issues getting way to common.

I hope you will keep us posted on repairs and correspondence with Jayco and dealer. If you want to keep it to yourself, I get that. I am interested in what they tell you, and how they treat you.

Usually it's the fresh water tanks falling out across the companies. But I have heard of waste tanks on occasion.
