Low drain drip

Hello all

I have a 2016 Pinnacle 36FBTS there's a low water drain ( red and blue lines) on the door side of trailer that began a slow drip out of the red line has anyone had this issue or know what might have caused it to start dripping.

Thanks

If you have the low point drain valves that pull up to open, there's a small o-ring inside that seals it shut, when pushed down. We had one that worked very hard. It's easy to take apart by removing the metal clip, and pulling all the way out.
The o-ring might need replacing, there might be a piece of debris in there, or if your lucky, it needs a little dab of plumbers grease.
Look at the o-ring carefully for any sign of nicks, or warping.

There is a panel, maybe 1' X 2' on the left in your basement. Unscrew that panel and you'll see the valves.

Sounds like the dealer or PO did a lazy job winterizing/de-winterizing.

I just replaced check valve on water heater. Both low point drain valves did nothing no matter what position they were in. The valves just turn in circles do they pull up to open. Have never winterised. All my basement plumbing is white but they put black paint lines on the hot plumbing.

Yes, the "T" handle on top pops up to open the drains. Sometimes they work a little stiff. They will click when they close.
I did the same thing as you. turned the valves, and couldn't figure out why they didn't do anything. Live and learn.

I had one dripping. The little "plastic" T handle valve is difficult to get to. I have took them apart a couple times, greased and replaced O-ring. This time, I just went to the hardware store, purchased two 1/2in brass "shark-bit" pex valves and pushed them up on the drain pipe hanging under the RV. No problem, and I don't have to try to reach the T-valves. They can be on or off, it doesn't matter.

Unless you need them when it's freezing. They put them inside for a reason.
