Low hot water pressure

I have a 2018 355mbqs with an on demand hot water heater. I have good cold water pressure but very low hot water pressure.
I just dewinterized the unit. The low pressure is low enough the on demand water heater will not turn on to heat water. The pressure is low at every outlet including the low drain under the unit. Any ideas what could be the issue? Iíve left the water on and there doesnít appear to be any leaks under the unit.
Thanks in advance for any help!

Not familiar with the on demand heaters, but is there a check valve on the cold inlet side? It could be stuck.

Brand new to the on-demand heaters but ours have a filter that needs to be cleaned. Just a thought.

There can be check valves in the input or the output of a water heater. Typically installed directly to the heater. As Grumpy said, they can cause the issue. Was the unit put in bypass when winterizing? Is it possible a valve is not fully open?

Pressure Problem Resolved

I located screen protector in the inlet side of the Water Heater. I now have great water flow but now another issue.
The Girard 2 On Demand Water heater will not fire up and heat water. The unit powers up and I turn on the remote in the bathroom and set the operating temperature. I
then turn on the hot water faucet but the burner will never turn on. Its not showing any error codes.

Is it sparking (clicking) trying to ignite? If so, is gas on or off?

No sound

I dont hear anything but water running through the unit. I have LP and have turned the burners of the stove on to make sure I got the air out of the line. I also turned on the gas heater which is located right beside the water heater. The heater and stove works great.
