Both, If you open all the faucets to let the air flow to prevent suction. But normally there is a freshwater tank drain, which is faster. Then, to clear the lines, you open the low point drain after opening all the faucets.

You have 3 valves labeled Low Point Drain. One should be a half turn valve, that will drain your fresh water tank. The other two should be T handle pull/push valves. Those two will be located together inside your basement behind a panel. One for hot water piping, and one for cold water piping.

I do not believe the low point drains will drain the FW tank. If it did the cheapo builders would not put a FW tank drain in the unit.

The fresh water drain valve is located on the passenger side of the camper at the back by the rear stabilizers. It should be a white colored half turn valve. The other low point drains will not drain the Fresh water tank.

I stand corrected about the low point drains not draining the FW tank.
Thanks

I just drained my fresh water tank. It is the white valve on the street side. I had to look in my manual to verify it. I wish they had labeled it fresh water tank drain instead of low point drain. The other 2 low point drains are obviously cold and hot water as one is blue and the other is red. The cold water has an exposed shut off valve but the hot must be behind the storage bay panel. I wish it was more accessible.
