Lubing front jacks

Has anybody lubed the front jacks?

I can get access to the bevel gears in the top of the ODS as it's just inside the LPG bay. The DS looks like it requires a crawl across the top of the genny bay and then working by feel to get the top cap off and grease in.

I'm thinking of cutting an access hole in the side of the battery compartment. I can cover it with a piece of sheet metal and seal it when I'm done although I have no wet batteries in there.

The ODS gears were quite dry so probably a good idea to get to the other one too.

Went ahead and cut a hole to get at the top of the jack. It needed grease.
