Question Lubricant for pin

What are you good folks using to lube the pin and/or the jaws of the hitch? I expect something dry might be best. We pick up the new '13 351 RLTS on Sat and it seems there are an endless number of things to do. We may have to watch "The Long Long Trailer" again as part of the prep.

Redhorse, cannot help with the hitch pin, but congratulations on the new 5vr. I wish Jayco made a small 5vr with a very similar floor plan as the 23B.

Thanks Jag. We're gonna miss the 23B to be sure. Lets see, I'm gettin a 5er that's 500% longer but has 50% of the bedrooms. I guess that's an improvement

I use a white lube or fluid film on the jaws. Also have a poly disc on the pin for that.
good luck

Poly disc on the pin. White lithium grease on the jaws and other moving parts.

Pullrite super glide suggests only WD40. I ordered the lube plate for the pin anyway.
