I could be wrong, but it sounds like the mixing valve in your shower faucet is not working properly. I guess you can get warranty to replace it, or replace it with a different/better RV faucet. We replaced our two-handle faucet with a single handle one, along with a new shower head.

May sound dumb but as a service advisor at a camper dealership I've seen this before. Check the outside shower to make sure the valves are off. If the valves are on but the head is turned off so theres no leak, the interior shower can sometimes be affected by the hot and cold water mixing at the outside shower valve. Doesn't make sense but what does on campers these days?

Actually there's a YouTube video on that. Just so happened to come across it yesterday. Search for Water heater fail. RVgeeks put it out.

Try checking the water heater by-pass valves.

If the bypass valve is open, it might cause the hot water coming out of the heater to mix with cold water intended to go into the water heater.

He mentioned in a early post that it is only on this one faucet.

Sometimes that doesn't matter,I've seen an outside shower valve left open affect the master shower and sink only before. When dealing with RV'S you can never assume anything and always expect the unexpected. Nothing makes sense at times. That's why RV got the nick name Ruined Vacation! Lol.

I would simply replace that unit with a two dial setup so you have full control of each flow.

I'm having the same problem and came to the same conclusion he did. Its not necessarily "Lukewarm" its just not as hot as I like my shower to be. Its not the outside shower. It's not the bypass mixing. Its a hot water regulator built into the faucet to keep from scalding somebody. My heat-on-demand is at 127° just to get it pretty hot in the shower. I'm in the same boat he is and won't be able to take the camper to a dealer until sometime in April also. So, I'm not going to risk breaking the faucet trying to take it apart unless I know it will come apart in the first place. I've never seen a all internally plastic faucet like this and want to say I can unscrew the cover with channel locks once the valve is exposed but was hoping somebody else had tried that already...
