For everyone here - you may want to email Jayco customer service and ask for Code Floorplan for your unit - you just need to provide them your serial #. I got mine (I also have the 36FBTS) right away and it shows valuable information such as location of each tank in the underbelly, water pump, etc. My fw tank was not anywhere near where I thought it would be -- long way from the pump. Why this doc isn't standard issue with the warranty package, beats me. But if you know the black tank location and the valve handle, it narrows down where the valve may be. Good luck with that problem - thankfully I haven't run into it (yet).

I did it through their Customer Service Inquiry button on their Contact Us page here. https://www.jayco.com/site/contact/ But the email response came from service@jayco.com, so you might get them directly that way. Using the service inquiry button ensures they get all the info they need from you before releasing the diagram.
