MaxxAire Fan Warranty is Crap!

I think I posted earlier about my MaxxAire 7500k acting up, four months old installed by me. At times, it'll beep about 20 times and close. All while on shore power at different locations. I couldn't get anyone from AirExcel to answer their phones or get back to me. So I emailed them the problem. They responded stating the fan is warranted for parts only, and that I would have to take it to a Service Center and if parts were needed, they would send them to the service center but I would have to pay all labor to fix the fan. What bullsh**!!!! Some say it's the voltage it's getting causing it to shut down. I would agree if it were only one shore power campground or just on 12v house batteries. But it's doing it everywhere we go so I feel it's the circuit board for the fan. Any advice? I'm not handy with a voltmeter but I have one.
