Mid bunk slide wonít work

I have a 2018 377 RLBH. Iím trying to get the mid bunk slide to retract but one side Is retracting and the other side is not. But when the working side reacts almost as far as I can with out binding up the stationary side will start retracting quickly and stops once itís almost even with the opposite side

After that both sides stop moving and the slide is still halfway out.

Any ideas or advice? Thanks

If the other motor is starting to work, it looks like they are out of sink. Either bring the slide all the way out or all the way in and move the slide about 4-6 inches in/out and then move it back in the opposite direction. Replete 6 times...I think...to resink the motors.

If they donít resink, then it sounds like 1 of the motors need to be replaced. My bunk room slide had 1 motor that went out on me that needed replacing all together.

Thanks for the advice. I was able to force it to retract. Something is definitely broke but at least I can haul now

Same thing happened to me at the end of last season. Nursed it for the last three weeks but 'bumping' the button for the slide to come in. Dealership ended up replacing one of the motors and told me a story of a reset sequence that wasn't in the book. Whatever, its working for now.

Good luck.
