You won’t be able to plug into the pin box area easily. Getting the wiring to that area would be a real chore. Probably easiest with the plug in on the front wall somewhere around or above the batteries. But with this location, the cord is draped over the tailgate in transit which i was leery of doing.

You could run it to the pin next to the light switches (or the opposite side of pin) by going thru the nose cap, then behind the master closet and next to the WD, through the little carpeted floor chase, then into the basement and eventually into the back of the converter/breaker box. Actually now that I write this, I don’t know why I didn’t do it that way! This way the plug is next to pin and not draped over the tailgate.

I actually may end up doing this too.
Think this routing is feasible as well. The factory transfer switch is mounted to the floor behind the removable panel in storage compartment near the water drains.

I routed from the plug to the pinbox with a 30 amp cord so that I could use my portable genny while traveling. I had to remove some of the screws under the cap to get room and the ran the wire with a fishtape. Then added a male end to the wire and reinserted cap screws and love it. Now I have 30 amp while traveling and can start the AC while on the road for those real hot days!

Are you using a transfer switch? Or are you just running a 30 amp cord from the back all the way to the pin?

Looks good! Once my youngest gets too big to sleep up there, I’ll be removing it as well.

Just ran from rear to front. I don't get the allowance for mods like Tom does

Of the top of anyone’s head...do you know if our jack feet are 9” or 10”?

My mom said she wanted to get me something for the 5er since she didn’t get us anything for the RV for Christmas. I was thinking of telling her to grab a set of snap pads.
