Tom... I guess by now you’ve installed the 2nd new front jack.
I’m amazed at how smooth and quiet the front is now that they are both new.
I looked inside the best I could and the threaded block looks like the same size. I wonder if it is heat treated, or all still the same.
We should get another 3 years of operation. Lol.
If anyone needs jack motors, Tom and I have 4 hahaha.

Actually Klassic I have not yet installed the second new front jack. It’s in the front storage compartment for when I need it.
So, I just got to the CG in Louisiana (Reunion Lake) and my kitchen slide isn’t opening quite rite. So I try to re-synch. Then I open it again to the sounds of popping and creaking!

Got this in the mail today so the DW can work while the rest of us enjoy spending her money [emoji41]
Hopefully I can find some time this week to get it installed before we leave for Topsail 1 week from today. I’m thinking of mounting the external antenna to the ladder and routing the wire in thru the kitchen slide (I can’t drill a hole into the RV yet...I’m not brave like Tom!) and run it into the cabinet where the TV booster is located. It’s got power, so why not. From there I’ll drill a hole in the bottom of the cabinet for the wire to run to the inside antenna...that’s what I’m spit balling anyways. Any suggestions??

Very nice! Let us know how well it works please as I'm thinking of doing the same thing, but unfortunately it will be for my work.

We bought this same booster earlier this year. I ended up purchasing this mount along with a 10' section of PVC:
https://www.technorv.com/suction-cup-antenna-mount/
I mount it on the camp side, between the dining slide and the rear, side couch window. This gives me more height than using the rear ladder. The amplifier is behind the love seat and we sit the internal antennae on the kitchen table when we need it. I run the coax out the window next to the love seat and hook it to the outside antennae. We only need it once in a while so I didn't want to permanently mount it. Yet anyway.
Dave

Called my dealer about the messed up slide track. $1200 for parts (complete kit for both sides top and bottom) plus 4 hours of labor. So about $1800 [emoji30]
I’d try to do it myself but I’m not sure if the slide only needs to be supported or if it needs to come out completely.

We're going to be in Amite, LA starting September 5th for two months. Staying at Natalbany Creek RV Park. Will be doing some serious fishing with my son who lives down that way in Destrehan, LA.

Sorry to hear about that Tom. I didn’t know Jayco put the kitchen slide on a Schwintek for 2016. My kitchen slide has a different track system, probably due to the weight, as I’ve read Schwinteks have been known to fail under extreme weight. Only the bunkhouse and master slides are Schwintek. Our dinette slide is yet a different side system and is the most quiet one of all.
Forgot to show the upper kitchen slide tracks from an old photo

I'm also sorry about your troubles. How's things looking underneath with the rollers? Is it possible to change to the Slim Rack?
