thats what i am thinking as well. I order 4 6 volts for next week so hoping that might solve my issue. Thanks for you help and advice. Is that all you have to do is turn the inverter on and the fridge will work off the batteries?

It will run until the inverter senses low voltage and will shut down an give an error.
I've ran mine to 11.8 and it still hasn't shut off.
You have a different problem.
Does the fridge run fine on shore power?
Just leave your inverter on while plugged into shore power.
Then unplugg the shore power and the fridge shouldn't even flicker. That's how fast the transfer switch is.
If the fridge shuts off then there is a problem.

Yep...that's it. If the batteries are good, all you have to do is push the green power button in the hallway to power the fridge on batteries.

Lol....
I guess you could use that Krylon paint and paint it black.
The DW should like that.

I tried leaving the unit plugged into shore power and turned the inverter on and then unplugging the shore power and as soon as I did that the Fridge shut off when I reinstalled the battery today I think it might be no good as I had to tilted a little bit to get it installed and fluid was pouring between the lid on the sides so I would assume that battery is no good and I wouldn't think the fridge would not run off of one battery?

I agree with Dan. My inverter shows 13.2-13.4 fully charged for my 2 batteries

One bad battery will pull down the others. Did you try hooking up the other battery that's no leaking and see if it will charge up to normal voltage? Likely the one battery went bad and has most likely damaged the other battery.

If the inverter is showing any voltage over 11.8v when you are not on shore power the fridge should work.
One battery or two batteries. Doesn't matter.
The inverter will tell you if you don't have enough power and will shut down and display low voltage error code
If the inverter is on, and it shows a voltage, and the fridge is won't turn on. Then there is a problem somewhere else.
If your seeing a voltage on the inverter and the fridge doesn't come on, I would say the transfer switch in the inverter isn't working.

Quick one on a project we are working one.

We decided to transform the bunk room into a working place.

Took the sofa out, took the bunkbed frame out.

Then we started shopping for a desk found some stuff from IKEA BUT then came the idea... By looking at the bed frame we realized that the bottom of it was nicely finished with the same "texture" of the wall, we just had to install it upside down and voila... a nice desk...

Well that is with 4 adjustable table legs from IKEA at 5$ each.

We also plan to use the framing that was there for the bunk bed to build a shelf for the screen or other.

does anybody has the awning over the slide out.

We had that on our older 5th wheel and we loved the protection it gave us.

If you could post some picture, what is the color of it and also the frame installation on the slideout. I suspect it use the piece of aluminum that is already installed over the extension.

They also must be the carefree one.

Thanks
Thierry

I have them on mine. The awning fabric is black as are the brackets that mount to the trailer.

Thanks Tom,

They look like the standard slide out cover from Carefree.

The awning slide in the aluminum groove that is installed on all trailer. We have it on ours same kind that the main awnings slide it.

What is the small piece fixed on the trailer in the top corner, looks like some sort of choke system for the awning.

Yes, they are carefree awnings. I'm not exactly sure what that "bump stop" thing is for. It is basically an adjustable stop as best I can tell.

Klassic just got back from dropping off at storage. Did the 20 MPH test. Only did it once, as it's been raining here all day, but with wet brakes and roads she stopped in 63 feet.
