That's a great sign! I got a shirt that says "I googled my symptoms, and turns out all I need is camping and cold beer"

Vent removed. You can see the black ring that sticks into the main duct and blocks the airflow. Additionally, it isn't sealed so lots of air leaks into the "attic" space.

The black ring just snaps onto the vent. With a little prying, it will come off.

Used foil tape to seal off the gap to the "attic" space. This is the space between the ceiling and the main duct.

Reinstalled all the vents and airflow is 100% better. You can actually feel the "breeze" from the vents now where before you could barely feel any airflow unless your hand was by the vent.

For anyone experiencing poor AC performance, or even if you think your AC is working well, I HIGHLY recommend doing this. When I started this, the t-stat read 84. After an hours worth of work, it's down to 76. That's on ONE AC only and cooling a 42' fifth wheel. Outside has cooled to 90 by the time I finished so the real test will be tomorrow when it's 103 again.

I performed this Mod yesterday and did notice the increase airflow. The issue that I found is that the air flow forces the louvers closed if they are facing a certain direction. Not sure if this going to cause issues yet but don't want the breeze to be blowing directly on the wife who is cold when it is 110 degrees outside.

Had a cool mod to share, haven't seen this one out there yet. Being my 377 is in a nearby storage facility it's hard for me to wash. There's no water or electric available so what I used to do was fill up a 40 gallon tank of water, bring it to the camper, drag out the generator and propane tank, then use the generator to power a pump that I would use to pump the water out of the tank with through a garden hose. Worked but took about 10-15 minutes to setup and break down, not to mention dragging the water tank around. And sometimes I'd run out of water before it was done. It was a pain in the neck. Figured there had to be a way to use the onboard 75 gal freshwater tank and pump. Here's what I came up with. Works like a charm! Now one minute setup. Two 160w Solar panels keep the battery charged. Also showing a pic of the parts I used. $13 mod. Got the parts at Home Depot.

Doesn't your trailer have the "Country Fill" set up?

Mine I just get the clear hose out. Stick it in the water supply tank and turn on the water pump (the one in the trailer).

Then just hook up a hose to the outside 'shower' connection. Mine is a quick disconnect at the outside kitchen.

That's a great idea, but be careful of the shower connection. It's only plastic. You could add a tee and a house garden hose connection right in the base of the control panel to have a more rigid connection.

I did that only ran it to the opposite side in the basement of my previous 365 so we could rinse feet off at the beach while boondocked.

The plus side to your mod is that you have hot and cold should you need it.

Good point 3'senough. I'll definitely need to take the 'hanging' pressure off the shower connection. Thanks for the advice!

Scored a new grill. Not sure how much I'll use it since I have a camp chef but since it was free, I couldn't pass it up.

Went to Wally World and found an adapter hose on clearance for $5. Now I can use a 20lb propane bottle instead of the small green ones [emoji3]

Same one I have. It's a great grill! Get the adaptor and you can tie into your on board propane.

Great grill! Lodge makes this skillet that fits on it like a glove. Great for cooking breakfast. Using onboard tank as well.

I got grill from a house I am remodeling. The grill was new in the box but being thrown away because it got wet during the flood. I just couldn't throw it away so I put it in the back of my truck. The hose was a lucky score because I almost ordered one on Amazon for $25

Thanks. I'll keep that in mind. My camp chef has a flat top griddle that's really nice to cook with

Umm, you're gonna hate me more.. you need to spend another $7.61

I put this on before 1st use and after every wash. A little dab then rub it in and leave till next cooking will keep it stick free.

Camp Chef CSC-8 6-Ounce Bottle of Cast-Iron Conditioner https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000H86C9I..._HTeXzbSJP883V

You won't regret it after you taste the first batch of pancakes!

Ok.. now let me see what else I can get you to buy ;-)

I've used that stuff on my cast iron and it's pretty good but you can get coconut oil from Wally World to get the same results for much less. Or, go with tried and true crisco shortening. On my antique Wagner and Griswold cast iron, I use either lard or bacon fat

x2 on the bacon fat or lard. It's the best thing for any cast iron pan. If you want to break in a new pan just cook 2 or 3 pounds of bacon. Let all the drippings just sit in it until cool and then wipe out with a paper towel. DO NOT WASH IT! Biggest mistake people make with cast iron is to scrub it with soap and water. If you must get the burnt bits off just use a metal spatula and chip them off. Try not to scrape any of the coating you worked so hard to get on there. Wife and I have a 8" pan that we only use for eggs. We only need about a 1/2 tsp of butter or bacon fat and the eggs just slide off.
