Tom, I originally cut the collars, then afterwards, taped the gaps leaving the shortened collars in. Are you saying that removing the collars completely, in addition to taping makes better air flow? Excuse my feeble understanding mind..

You can do either with the same results. I chose to eliminate the collars so I didn’t have to do the work of cutting them, putting them back together then taping them up. The idea is to remove the blockage of air flow in the main ductwork by either cutting or removing the collars and to seal the gaps between the main duct and the ceiling so that air doesn’t leak into the “attic” space. You should be good to go and you’ll see a dramatic increase in air flow out the vents.

Mods to 377 RLBH?
I️ ordered some shocks last week for the trailer. I️ got the LCI aftermarket shock kits. Was going to install them but good old Lippert QC prevented that from happening. Only 1 of 4 shock mounting plates were correct! Guess I️ should have spent the extra money for the Joy Rider kit [emoji23]

If it makes you feel any better Tom...I mentioned a few months ago that my mother purchased the joy rider kit for me. But If I was a betting man, she only purchased one kit and you need 2 kits...one for each axle. So it's still gonna cost me, but I won't know for sure until Christmas.

That’s why I️ got the lci shocks. 2 sets were less than 1 set of joy riders. Oh well, hopefully they’ll send me the correct mounting plates ASAP.

This one is more like a residential toilet...no spray from the back only but from the perimeter of the bowl.
