Installed the rear camera. I searched but never could find the "prewire". I spliced into the marker lights. I used double sided tape instead of screws. Had it all done and right at the end I tore the rubber grommet around the marker light. I'm going to call Jayco Monday and see if they will sell me a grommet or light with the grommet and ship it to me.

If anyone knows where to buy the small LED lights with grommet on the rear let me know.

Thanks. awesome response time. Those are the grommets!

I went with the Furrion FOS48TAPK-BL Wireless High-Speed RV Observation System with Mounting Bracket. I used double sided tape, that way if I don't like it no worries. It worked as far as setting still from the cab of my truck 5-6 from being hooked up. Simple set up.

Here's what I got from lowes.

My original 4 blade fan that barely moved any air

New Hunter fan installed

Much better air circulation now. Should really help the AC during hot summer campouts

Looks great! was there any special RV specific considerations for choosing a model?

Only consideration for me was size. 44" is about as big as you can go. Maybe 48" would work too. I chose hunter because they are quiet and last long. Any home ceiling fan will work since the fan runs on 110v. Pick what you like in a size that'll fit. [emoji3]

This post saved me lots of anguish! Thank you!!!

This past weekend I did complete my TV mod in the living room. Again, since we are seasonal campers and our trailer will not move, I had no desire to have the TV retract out of the way. If you do trailer this maybe this mod isn't for you?

I removed the TV from the lift and mounted a 2 X 2 piece of plywood to the lift assembly. Then I mounted an articulating TV mount to the plywood. From there all I needed to do was mount the bracket to the TV and attach assembly to arm. I guesstimated height since I would be able to fine tune height with the lift motor. With the articulating arm mounted to the plywood, the TV will not retract into the opening in counter top. I didn't look to see if I could find a more slimline articulating arm to use.

If you want to do this mod and do trailer, you probably do not want to leave on arm while towing. It only takes the removal of 2 screws on the mounting plate to the TV to get TV off the arm. Then the TV would need to be stored securely obviously..

I used this arm...
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000WYVBR0

I was able to adjust the height so that the TV sits directly above the soundbar, and the sub I put behind the recliners. Now the TV is viewable from all angles in the living room/kitchen. My DW actually thought I went out and got a bigger TV lol.. This setup is ideal for my situation. I lowered the TV down about 6" to gain access to the back and left at that height for the rest of the install.

Sorry the picture is so dark.. I can try to get better ones and pics of the backside of TV if anyone interested. I also needed to convert the coaxial out to optical out by buying a converter off Amazon. My LG soundbar only had 3.5mm input jack and 2 optical inputs..

I'm having a hard time finding a 44" on amazon with no lights. Then i noticed the box yours came in shows lights yet the install doesn't have any. Can you just not install the lights on fans that come with them?

Yes. The light kit can be left off. They include a cover if you delete the lights

Hello guys just finished reading all 33 pages of your thread . I really liked all the upgrades that you are doing and have done. I never owned a camper and no very little about the workings . I just ordered a 2017 377rlbh and it 'll be a couple of months till i get it . We are parking our's for now on a rv gated community in Georgia . Truck to come later . I too am frustrated with the amount of information that jayco provides ,pictures of different set ups in fabric, wood stains and furniture layouts . There web page needs a upgrade . I will be asking questions for sure.

Latest mod: Just installed "most of" my new TST TPMS system.... Two more tires to do (the two trailer spares), but don't feel like getting soaked doing it. Seems to work really well, though!

Yes. The TST 507 with the pass-through air inlet. No more removing the sensors to add air, like my old PressurePro. Plus, I can now replace my own batteries, as needed, which is the reason that I retired the 7 or 8 year old PressurePro.

If you leave the sensors on the stems, be prepared to replace batteries quicker than you would if you removed them. Probably a year to year and a half life span.

With the PressurePro, I always put them on before my first trip of the season, then pulled them after the last trip. Did you need a signal repeater with the length of the 377?
