Is your heater above the water heater, that is how mine is. It is a real rats nest in there. I had to just replace all those water valves and that was not fun. Every pex fitting I took loose leaked. I boondock at my camp for several months. I am constantly moving those valves filling tank and using my river water pump. All valves got hard to move than started leaking internal.

Yes. It’s above. I have a Truma AquaGo comfort below. Love it. It most definitely is a rats nest all in there. I did quite a bit of zip tie detail here and there. Fortunately, only two crimps had been problems leaking...at the water filter housing. Jayco put double crimp rings to both sides. Started to leak once again. I have a shark bite crimp tool, and my crimp tool goes in >1mm further than Jayco’s. I certainly see on their crimp rings everywhere have a much larger gap for some reason. I thought all of that was standardized? But thing is now, only some rings will have access for the tool.
I spent lots of hours in the dismantled basement after we thawed out in Feb here in TX, working with the furnace and checking all plumbing and crimp rings carefully. Fortunately, no leaks anywhere. The only other leak I found was pre-existing at the shower grey tank. The rubber fitting had two seeping leaks when shower gets full and backs up into the main drain and vent pipes putting several gallons pressure at that fitting. It had been spilling over from time to time over and down to the Cora plast, making it bulge down really bad this freeze and made a big 1.5” icycle stallagmite to the ground.
All it took to fix the leak was Flexseal! And I also sprayed the adjacent black tank fitting which has same rubber fitting. If that ever leaked, would not be pretty. Did that after the pic below.

X2 on rat nest. My last trip I had a puddle under my black and Gray tank dripping from coraplast. I cut open the bottom a week later and all dry. Filled black and Gray tanks till toilet and shower were full. Week later all dry. Hate not finding a leak that went away on its own. I pressurized everything looking and nada. Got two short trips planned and will see what happens bouncing down the road.

Mods to 377 RLBH?
Here is another hidden mod I did while spending time in the basement after the freeze. A rather large coil of excess wire loom was laying on the shower grey tank. Turns out it is from the Lippert Ground Control wiring. I like things tidy and out of the way, so I secured it to the back wall with surplus galvanized duct strap. Of course one has to have flexible knees and nimbleness to work around back in there. Took several tries at figuring how best to coil it all up and get it off the floor for whatever future access needs lies ahead.
I played several little league baseball positions in the 70s-80s for many years and played catcher a lot and I think maybe that somehow helped.

I hear you on that. Fortunately, there is no fiberglass insulation below the grey or black tanks like can be in other brands, which will collect water and never dry. From the looks of the great bulge, I thought we had some. It was all crushed ice feel upon first inspection. But I didn’t want to cut the bottom out to see from under any damages. Using a handheld mirror and flashlight behind the basement wall, looking down and backwards at the lowest point, I did remember seeing some reflectix there so that helps some against the cold. Oh and I did see the shower grey and black tank sensors there, so a possible SeeLevel sensor project on these two tanks is doable from the top, rather than from the bottom.
I did end up drilling a few extra holes in the coraplast to drain all the water that collected during the freeze. Used a 3/16” bit and was careful I only went thru coraplast. So, Just keep a can of Flexseal on hand for tank area connections. I did several coats. I had mine from the getgo 5 years ago when we left our sticks n bricks, bought for the sticks n bricks. Great shelf life.
Using the rest of the galvanized duct strap, I made this coraplast belly strap. Used two existing bolts and drilled another. Used metal self tap bolt I had on hand.

Very useful mod! Our 2021 377 RLBH is sitting at the dealer, waiting for us to pick it up. This will be one of the first mods.
Where did you find the switch? I've searched Amazon and eTrailer without much success.

Go to TE.com. Just ordered switch less than five bucks and free shipping. Why they are sending FedX for that price makes no sense.

Thank you for the info Rock. DW would shoot me if the switch isn't an EXACT match. Funny how fussy they can be.

After getting the idea seeing a Landmark fifth wheel at a park down south, I decided to measure up and saw that it shouldn’t be too big of a chore to add electric stabilizing jacks to the rear of my 377. At my seasonal site, I chock up the rear frame with cinder blocks and it does wonders to reduce the overall coach shake, even with my front JT Strongarms deployed. When I’m on the road, the difference without rear stabilization is very noticeable.
I ordered this up from Amazon and got to work on a Saturday. It took most of the day just to get the unit bolted down to the frame. It’s fairly heavy, maybe 70lbs, and you need to keep raising and lowering it with jumper cables and a car battery to get it positioned just right in order to drill properly into the frame I beam and still be able to get nuts on the other side of the bolts. Wasn’t an easy job.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1
The rear propane line for the grill hookup needed to moved a few inches, too, not that big of a deal, but the fasteners were definitely one time use, so some grinding and drilling was required to relocate.
In the vicinity of the rear frame was an unused wire harness, 10 gauge wire, that I came across. After correspondence with Jayco, I determined it was for the Sanicon option I didn’t order, and the power wire terminated at a resettable fuse link by the battery disconnect. Saved me from having to run a wire harness to the batteries up front.
The results are night and day. No more shake. It does take about a minute to power them fully in each direction, so a bit more set up and break down time is added, but I think the results are worth it.

Been a while since I did anything to the trailer. So I decided to eliminate the dining table base.
Pics....
Removed the table from the slide out. It was held to the floor with 4 screws. Then removed the top from the pedestal base by removing 12 screws.
Of course there are no studs under the window so I added a piece of salvaged closet shelving from master w/d closet to add some extra support to the square tube bracket that my buddy welded up for me. Screwed the plywood to the wall then screwed bracket to plywood. The real test will be how well it holds up going down the road.

Thanks Al. I agree and I don’t know why I didn’t do this sooner.

I don’t know who I hate more...Tom or myself. Great mod Tom! But I made the mistake of showing the DW and now she wants me to do it. She HATES that base...she called it her nemesis.
I can’t believe there’s no backing in that wall.

Lol Dan. My DW has hated that thing from day 1 as well.

Wow, Tom, what a difference! I’d like to do that too as well as everyone else here. Was it hard to remove the four plugs covering the screw heads in the legs?
