MORryde LRE12-001

Installed my wet bolt kit yesterday........

Front axle had the bronze bushings.
Rear axle had plastic bushings.
New ones are a lot beefier.
Installed grease fitting to inside.

Did mine a few months back and I gotta say that I can't tell any difference but I feel better about life in general just having them.

I am getting confused here. I thought the morrdye with wet bolts had bronze bushings and the dry bolts had plastic.
Did u have dry or wet bolts on yours?

A better MORryde system that Jayco does not offer. Forget which model. The CRE3000 I is the one we are familiar with, but is bottom of the list as far as upgrades goes. They make WAY better. I've had the better years ago. Got the 3000 on this rig though.

From what I understand from MORryde, the Pinnacles have an LRE 12-001 is the kit from MORryde.
All the bushings in the kit ARE bronze.
My OLD ones on front axle were bronze.
My OLD ones on rear axle were plastic.

Tom,

Were your OLD bushings all plastic?

My fronts axle were bronze, but rear axle was plastic bushings.

Jason - did you point the zerk-fittings inboard for better "crawl-under" access? I was scoping the job for mine, and thought that mike sense to do, as well?

Those of you who pointed the fittings outboard, will you have to pull wheels or be a contortionist to lube them?

Fire,
My zerks are the straight variety and require removing tire to grease. I've threatened to get some angled ones to make it easier.

Mine are factory and the zerks are at the tires. I have posted that if u r doing wet bolts put the zerks on the inside.
So now on our pinnacles two have posted have bronze and the other shackles plastic.

I wonder if my occasional tire to slide rub is due to having worn plastic after 5k of towing

So like I have said when I go to factory for roof and slide and outriggers I am gonna have them do the whole suspension to find out why I have the rub

Jasum
That tire mark on the center plate causes me concern. How did that happen??? That is one big movement for the suspension to do that. Maybe the delivery guy went four wheeling. Let's hope not

I believe maybe something broke or happened with that.......just seemed that maybe axle had been changed or something. The rear axle just seemed installed differently than front.
Ill probably never know.
