MoRryde Orbital Pinbox Recall

I just had the recall done on my Eagle HT 30.5 CKTS. I'm curious if others out there have had this performed? What they did was install a shim under the bearing at the pivot point, before the recall I could move the pin box very easily, after the recall was performed I can't move it. I'm not a small person and I with all my might can't get the thing to move. Driving down the road it seems to operate Normally. I'm wondering if this is a normal after the recall has been performed and the pin box is supposed to have resistance until loaded? Opinions, observations? Thank you.....

My opinion not knowing anything about it is with the money spent on a recall they would get it correct the second time. I would think what ever instructions they provide for the recall to the tech it would list how it should preform after the recall was completed. But then again the tech could have been bagging groceries as a career the week prior.

The instructions are pretty clear and they even send the dealer tools. It would be hard for them to mess it up but nothing would surprise me. We have done a few of these at our dealer.

I attached the dealer instructions

I am taking delivery of a 2019 25.5REOK in a couple weeks that has the MORryde and will have to ensure dealer has made the upgrade.
Currently have a 2008 Conquest with a Reese Sidewinder and it is nearly impossible to move by hand but no issues when coupled to truck, so I'd say what you're experiencing is normal.
