MORryde steps STP-4-30-03H

Anyone with a Pinnacle order these steps?

I received them last night, tried to install and neither door will shut.

Called MorRyde and sent pics. She said my threshold is pretty much flat and suggested i
not reorder the steps.

(Ordered from Amazon and box was destroyed from shipping)

BTW MorRyde does NOT sell to Amazon

I would do a return to Amazon, they take everything back. You can let them know the box is trashed and let them figure out how you can return. Sometimes they will just give a credit and tell you to keep it.

I installed them on my pinnacle. I installed according to the directions and had the same problem. I then went back and re-installed by pushing the step threshold completely against the door frame. No gap. They work great and I love them.

I may have to reorder again and try that.

So you basically did NOT use the 15/16” measurement??

Wish I had tried that before I put them back in the falling apart box.

I just got mine from Amazon and going to install on my Eagle this weekend. My box was also in bad condition and looked like FedEx added extra tape. The FedEx lady even marked the delivery as damaged when I signed so no problems returning to Amazon if I have to.

would you mind posting pictures of your threshold/bottom of door?

Jack

Am I missing something or does your picture show you have a threshold height of 13/16”

If the 15/16” space between the flange and threshold doesn’t work, I’d do as previously posted and move the steps so that the front face of the steps (when down) are flush with the front face of the trailer skirt (or threshold)

Yours looks like mine from what I can tell.

Tom going to try what Timandpaula did on their Pinnacle.

Hoping it will work, but it will be Tuesday before I can find out.

I’ll keep you posted.
