Moryde Popping and jerking

I have a 2016 Pinnacle with a Moryde pin box. I have about 3500 miles on the trailer and recently the pin box has developed a lot of movement with popping and jerking. Can anyone help me with this issue?

A call to MorRyde for their advice would be my suggestion. I bet they have a “rebuild “ kit that includes new pads or bushings.

poping & jerking

Same issue with my MORryde also. 3000 miles on mine , Contacted MORryde, sent pictures, they said it looked fine. They said there's no adjustment. It is not the same as when it was new, way more movement. 2018 293rkds

After you do all that, get you a couple of wrenches and make sure ALL the nuts are tight. Mine were NOT tight.

I just did a little google-fu and found that the retaining rod bolts should be torqued to 95 lbs. I’ll be keeping an eye on mine.

The rubber is a wear item and can be replaced. Not sure on the 4 slide bushings. I have no trouble with the one on my 2017 Eagle 293RKDS so far. I believe I recall seeing TSB's on the Moryde site on the pin box.
