MYRV WIFI Gateway

2020 Jayco Eagle HT Fifth Wheel 27.5. For the life of me I can't locate the "MyRV Wifi Gateway" to allow me to connect to the LCI One Control Center from an iPhone application. I've looked everywhere. What am I missing?? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Jeff

I’d say you’re short one good dealer who should have covered this with you. Look in any upper cabinet - general mounter at the back of the cabinet.

Looking at the floor plan, the most logical location is behind the TV. Any chance there’s a 4x4 label with the documents that came with the unit? You do see a MYRV_ . . . SSID when your phone looks for a WiFi signal right?

Please elaborate about which app you can use to find WiFi?

On a lot of rigs, it's near the switch panel, or in the case of newer rigs without a lot of hard switches, near the One Control Panel and it's at the back of a cabinet. In our case, there are cabinets next to our switch panel near the door. The router is on the top shelf of the cabinet on the back wall and you cannot see it unless you are tall or on a step stool.

Did you check those small nooks to the right and left of the DVD/Stereo?
Ours in the NP 383FKWS is mounted in the cabinet to the left of the DVD/Stereo...

If I have rocker switches for lights, water heater, etc., is it possible I have Jaycommand? I've never been told by my dealer that I have it. I always assumed the panel at the doorway would be fewer switches. Maybe I have had this feature for nearly 2 years and didn't know it?
