Mysterious Hot cold drains

I have a 2018 North Point 377rlbh.
Short story:
Where the devil are valves for low point drain hoses (hot and cold) that are just under the main storage?

Long story:
Just under the front basement access door on the main door side of the trailer are two hoses that stick out of the bottom of the trailer. One is blue and one is red. There's a decal on the side that says low Point drain. We've never had a problem with them (been living full time for 6 weeks). However, when I hooked up the hose tonight, the hot water hose was gushing hot water for as long as I had the city water supply hooked up. It's acting as if it's an open valve system, however I can find no valve to shut off for the hot water side (the blue side doesn't run).

Any help would be much appreciated.

Basement wall close to floor should see a small cover with 2 screws. remove and you can see valves. pull up to open push down to close.
Welcome from Georgia.

You can always get help here. We only live about 30 miles south of Atlanta. Camping at Stone Mountain this weekend for the opening of the Christmas Village. Lots of lights. Should stop by for a night and check it out.
