Mystery pipe in 336FBOK galley.

So, I've got a 2018 Eagle 336FBOK. Very happy with it so far. In looking to add some additional shelving in the galley island I noticed an uncapped pipe poking through the floor on the interior right side of the island. Not sure what it is. I sent a picture to Jayco service last week but no answer yet. You can see it in the picture.

That is a storage pipe for the roll up strainer that goes over the sink.

It holds the rolled up drying rack that goes across the sink. .

Thanks much! That's the last thing we would have thought it was for. Seems like an odd place for storing it but whatever.

I knew what the pipe was for, but can’t for life of me find a real purpose for that strainer.

Lolol, it took me a minute to figure it out also, as soon as I did, out it came. The draining rack that would go in it stays quite nicely layer out flat over the sink. I use it for letting dishes dry.

Could someone post a pic of this thing on the sink? Never seen one and I can't visualize it?

We have a wooden drying rack that folds up when not in use. We put a cloth on the counter to absorb the drips.

Here it is laid out in the sink and rolled up like it would go in the holder under the sink, if I still had one, lol.
