Need help/advice

We are at our site for the winter and have encountered a leak from the area around the front grey tank. Repair guy made some cut out flaps in the insulation wrap trying to find where the leak was coming from but couldn't pin it down. One thing he did find was the vent pipe did not go into the tank (about 2-3" above vent hole which would explain the occasional whiff of grey water inside the rig). I think the leak is coming from on top where the sink water is not flowing into the tank but flowing on top of the tank creating the leak. I looked underneath the island and can see where the drain goes down into the floor but cannot see the tank. Would anyone have any idea where exactly the kitchen drain goes into the grey tank? And, how might we get at it to repair? All the dealerships are months out on service and really can't take it there anyways since this is our home for the next several months. Any help or advice would be much appreciated!

Did you try getting plumbing plan from Jayco. Since you are out of warranty they may send you the plumbing schematics free via email.

Jayco will send you a PDF of the plumbing drawings if you email them along with your VIN, they are pretty quick to email them out.

The good news is that we are still under warranty (purchased in 2017 with full 2 year warranty) and have found the source. The grey tank somehow fell off one of the holding brackets and it dropped 4-6" toward the vent pipe end. That drop also caused the vent pipe to come out of the top of the tank and, since the tank dropped that far, it will not properly drain. I have to get a pump to remove the water from it and then re-position the tank on the brackets. However the back side of one of the brackets has been bent down so that will need to be bent back as well. We had to remove the back part of the wall in the basement compartment to see all of this. Not much room to work on. Submitting an estimate on Monday and hope to get things fixed by Tuesday. I did request diagrams from our dealer, but now that we can see what's going on, we really don't need them.
I have no idea of how this could have happened. I have to say at this point, I am not impressed at the very least on Jayco's quality.

I wouldn’t be either. Maybe Jayco would absorb the cost to repair via a mobile tech under the circumstances.

In talking to my dealer, they said Jayco typically does not cover service call charges but will cover the cost of the repair. The dealership said they would cover any service calls.
