Need help now no hot water

Fourth week into my trip all fine until today’s travel. Have no power going to water heater at all. Pulled connectors from board and no power. Both inside switches have power and light up. No LP lock out nothing. Not the board no power going to board.
Where is the common point that electric and gas both have no power. Is there a hidden 12 volt fuse somewhere? Could one of the switches be bad even though both light up and I pulled both out and all wires are connected. Looking at wiring schematic both electric and gas switches use 12 volt to power the board that turns on gas or electric.
There has to be a common point that failed since no power to any wire going to the board. This sucks have another 10 days and no hot water.

There is a thermal fuse, looks like an L, has a wire inside a clear shield. Need to carry extras, in case one day you hook up shore power before the water heater has water in it, it will blow every time.

Try pulling the thermo breaker off, cleaning the connections. This happens to me a lot. Any slight corrosion on the terminals, opens the circuit. And yes carry a couple of spares!

We used to bypass it temporarily to see if that fixed the problem.

Guys I am not getting power to the board. I pulled the top four wire connector and no
12 volt from either gas or electric wire. Thermal connector and stats are all fine and have nothing to do with power going to the board. Where does the 12 volt power come from that goes to the switches. I cannot find a fuse that powers the switch. If you look at the wiring schematic both switches use 12 v to send power to the board. My switches both light but no power at the board connector.

It is fixed but no idea why. I took the closet wall down to get access to back of switch panel. The rat nest is like behind basement wall. How Jayco wired these switches makes no sense. They have splices powering other switches to the hot sides. Recrimped a bunch of wires that were spliced going to the heater and now power. The roads we drove on in CO were bad and some construction zones were all
Potholes. Stupid me made the comment to my
better half wonder what broke or came loose after this ride.

Jayco likes to put trailer wiring together with Scotch Locks, fast but not good.

Just something to keep in the back of your mind, there's a tiny 2 or 3 amp fuse on the board of our Atwood heater. It's on the lower left corner of the board. and easy to miss.

That fuse was the first thing I checked. I have replaced everything on this Atwood water heater from T stats twice, three boards ( now have a board, relief valve, check valve all except heater element. Now Jayco splices coming loose. I have two spare boards. One that will not let gas work and one that will not let electric work. Those were Atwood boards replaced under my extended warranty and the Dino board was a surprise under last replacement. If u need to replace a board get the Dino board.

Dinosaur's going to be my choice of replacement boards if I need one. So far our 2012 has been holding on.
