Need opinions on awning size

Hi all, I was wanting to get some opinions on what is to small for a awning. The new unit we have ordered has a 14ft awning due to the slide on the entrance side. After talking with some friends I think that it may be to small. What r ur thoughts? We have a 325bhqs on order with a total length of 38ft. Thank you all for the input

I have had 16, 20 and again 16. 14 will be a little tight with the steps and swing of the door taking up some room. The other issue I find is that the basement door is usually out of access if that is centered on the awning due to chairs and or tables.

My solution has been popup tents. I keep the table under one and it solves most of my space issue.
