Needed Cleaning Tips

I currently have a 1998 Jayco fifth wheel with aluminum siding and graphics. Roof is in good shape it may have never really been cleaned. I’m looking for some tips on cleaning the roof as well as the sides of the unit to remove oxidation and black streaking. Just want to make sure I do it correctly and do not takeoff the paint or damage the unit. Any help would be appreciated.

Spic & Span is what's recommended for the roof.

On the sides, you're cleaning paint, so anything you'd use on a car is good.
