Looked below and under the sink. No filter housing, but I did get a filter and wrench. LOL. Also, have you had a problem with the desk drawer sliding out when traveling? Mine was on the floor and broke the end cap on the slide. Is there any kind of restraint for it? If not, I may get safety drawer locks. Lucky there was only a small chip, but if it went backwards, it could have busted the fireplace up. Let me know.
Yup- I'm a Vikings fan! I was growing up in SE South Dakota when the francise moved to the Twin Cities. I too, have swept snow off the end zone beachers in the old Met Stadium. Great memories!

You will find the water filtration system by removing a panel (4 phillips screws) on the side of the Utility Center. You should have also gotten a 10" filter to insert into the filter housing. BTW- your low point drains may also be behind a panel in your basement storage. At least that is where I found them on my model.

And yes, my desk draw did come out, too, on the way back from our shake-down. Fortunately it did not break or break anything else. My DW and I decided that we didn't need the pull-up desk top which is very heavy. So I have removed it to lighten the weight on the drawer. Haven't taken any trips with the top removed. I'm contacting Jayco about this problem.

But, all in all, I'm still extremely satisfied with the Pinnacle!

The good old days. Tarkenton, Capp, purple people eaters,.......... I will check the filter housing behind the panel where the low drains are. Thanks. I just bought a couple of baby proof latches for the drawer. That should keep the drawer from sliding out, but jayco should have thought about that. Love the Pinnacle too. Great product. Hope to talk soon. Take care.

Lyle Bremser was a real treat as the announcer for U of Nebraska football games on KFAB. I still miss his quips.

Oh-oh! I think I just hijacked my own thread!

You were right. the water filter is in the compartment where the low drains are located. Could they get it any tighter in there. ****, I had to unscrew the wood mount piece just to get a wrench on it.
