New 321. Bugs

Just picked up my new 321 from the dealer and after three days of working out the bugs we are ready to take it home but we have one bug we haven't been able to fix. While taking a shower After u set the warm water mixture when u turn off the hand wand and then turn it back on the water goes to very cold for about 3 to 4 seconds before going back to the set mixture. I had heard d about this with on demand hot water systems but I have a traditional hot water tank. Anyone else have this experience any suggestions?

Check the setting on the winterizing valves on the back of the water heater. The bypass should be fully off and the two shutoffs should be fully on. Something is throwing your water system out of balance when the lathering valve is closed.

I just turn the valves equal on and off when showering, perfect mixture for us as far as temp goes

We have owned several campers, different makes models and manufactures and they all have done that. Learned quick to turn shower head away from me when i turned the lever on and off.

Every camper I ever had did just the opposite. A blast of HOT water for a few seconds when the shower was turned off at the sprayer.

There are threads on here that attempt to address it and I have tried a few but have never eliminated it.

Don't know about the cold except your bypass valves and outside shower to assure it is off.

This is our third 5er and there has always been a temp variation when shutting off the shower head and then turning it back on. I believe that It's the absence of a pressure balancing valve. Same with when another faucet is opened during your shower.
I just learned to turn the head away like luvs2camp.
