New 5th wheel

Love the new Eagle 34.5 BHTS. The Whitehawk 28DSBH was nice, but we needed more room-storage. Just waiting for the weather now.Click image for larger version

We just bought our Eagle 314bds last Feburary which we love it and I saw this model and I showed my wife and she said don't even think about it. Maybe I can get her to walk through it at the Hershey RV show in September to help change her mine. It's what I wanted to work up to (5th wheel)and for a reasonable price. It's what I think as the perfect RV for a family with kids. Enjoy!!!

Looks great. You deserve a warm weather shakedown so head south until there's no more cloud poop on the ground and enjoy!

Great looking rig. I know what it's like to have to sit around waiting for the weather to warm up while you have a nice new outfit sitting on the driveway or in the storage lot. I have purchased three units in the winter and have had to wait several weeks to be able to use them. But they were a great place to drink coffee while waiting for the weather to cooperate!

My wife said NO also. She said I'd be living in it with my next wife. 2 other couples we camp with both bought new 5ers. They both laughed. About 2 weeks ago I was looking at them and said "Look at all the storage." She looked at me and said "ok". Just have to work them. . We love the layout and having 2
Bathrooms.

Awesome. Think I am upgrading my Jayflight 33RLDS in two weeks. Working with the dealer now on price and details. How does the 3/4 ton pull it, airbags or helper spring? I'll be using a F-250 diesel, just wondering. I've never pulled a 5ver, looking forward to it.

P.S.- My wife is still saying no, she doesn't know I'm about to bribe her though. It just adds to the overall cost.

The 3/4 ton pulls it fine. Of course it was on the way back home from the RV Dealer, so no extra weight. It's a stock truck, no air bags or helper springs. I don't think I'd go any bigger without a 1 ton or 1 ton dually.

Take a look at the Eagle HT BHS27.5, pulls great with my heavy duty EcoBoost F150. Should have ordered thermo pane windows! Livable below 40 and above 85. Love the full size queen size mattress.

nice looking outfit. We never can wait for warm weather so we winter camp when its to cold we don`t put water in the fresh water tank we go to a state park that has heated shower rooms. You should try it. Even if its snowing and blowing its nice to sit inside a warm camper looking outside. it breaks up winter blues.

We have the 28DSBH now, and would also like to upgrade to this 5th wheel. But need to upgrade the truck 1st and that is not an option right now.
