New Batteries, no 12 volt current
We just installed new Interstate group 24 deep cycle marine batteries, wired in parallel in our 2015 331RKTS Eagle Premier. There is no 12 volt current. Checked all the obvious fuses and cleaned all wire ends and battery posts cleaned off. We are new to this trailer and are wondering if there are any hidden breakers or fuses to look for, or hidden switches? Thank you!

Check battery disconnect switch, mine is in battery comp. May also check polarity and polarity fuses.

x2 on the above.
One of the most common mistakes is installing the battery(s) in reverse polarity. Even just touching the cables while reversed will blow the converter/charger reverse polarity fuses. When that blows, you will no longer have 12v for the trailer.

Getting one of those el-cheapo Multimeter from WALMART (Less than $20) is a good thing to always have around the RV.

You can check right at the battery terminals and can see 12.5-6VDC if the batteries are full charge. Then you hookup to shore power and this reading should jump up to 13.6VDC or higher depending what charge mode the CONVERTER is doing at the time.. My highest DC Voltage reading is 14.4VDC... This tells you all connections are good and the CONVERTER is working...
If you read DC VOLTAGE at the battery terminals and still not getting anything on the trailer side then you have a bad connection, battery switch set to OFF, or fuse problem somewhere between the battery terminal and the 12VDC Distribution panel.
Sure helps to isolate the problem having a multimeter around...
Harbor Freight used to give you one free if your bought something from them that was was $25 or more...

You might also check the 30 amp fuse located near the battery box.

If you have just installed the new batteries chances are you may have them connected wrong... Find the word 'NEG' or the symbol '-' stamped into the battery case and make sure this is the cable that goes to frame ground...
The color of the wires in the RV WORLD should be WHITE is NEGATIVE frame ground and BLACK is POSITIVE...
This is different from the AUTOMOTIVE WORLD where BLACK is FRAME GROUND and RED is POSITIVE.
Easy to mix up...
If the were connected wrong you should find a BLOWN fuse right next to the battery and also two fuse near the 12VDC Distribution PANEL that may be labeled "REVERSE-POLARITY' ...
Two 12V Batteries should be wired like this
Two 6V batteries in series to get 12VDC should be wired like this
